All our new vans are bought ex works and drive with manufacturers warranty and Mercedes Service Card. In unlikely case of a breakdown the Mercedes Services Card ensures a worldwide 24-h repair service with pick up and drop off.
If required, we also care for the paperwork, not matter if it is clearing formalities like Carnet ATA or documents for importion and exportion. We make sure the tour doesn‘t fail at the next border.
If there is help needed with planning and realisation, we also take care of foreign band on tour and run tour management.
